About HotSchedules
HotSchedules was founded over a decade ago by a team of experienced industry professionals. Our goal was to develop a new, efficient system that would once and for all define how labor scheduling and employee management should be done.
Originally, the primary objective was to offer unprecedented flexibility, by providing staff and management with real time "Anywhere Access" to their schedules and scheduling preferences, via the Internet.
We met that challenge and devoted years to research and development-conducted in partnership with top-tier national brands-to expand HotSchedules to be a powerful labor management system that increases employee retention and lowers labor costs.
We achieved those goals by listening to our clients and responding to their needs.
Today, we are even more passionate about the evolution of HotSchedules than when we began. We are excited about pushing the envelope-to develop new and better ways to provide service and solutions to our clients.
